Looks and sounds yummy, is the flavor strong or mild?
Very mild garlic flavor. Really tasty. I'm going to use the rest of it tomorrow as a topping on baked potatoes. Wednesday I'm going to the Pasco market to see if anyone there has them.

Garlic scapes--long, curly, green with a bulbous head. Sauteed in olive oil, seasoned with a little salt and pepper. My new obsession.
